01.Scope
This policy applies to all services purchased directly from Arena Infosolution, including retainer engagements, one-time projects, website development and consulting.
02.Non-Refundable Fees
- Setup fees, onboarding fees and strategy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Media spend, ad budgets, third-party tools, licenses and platform fees paid to external vendors on your behalf are non-refundable.
- Work already completed, approved or delivered is non-refundable.
03.Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered if Arena Infosolution has failed to commence work within the timelines specified in the service agreement, and if no deliverables, strategy sessions or account setups have been provided. Requests must be raised in writing within 7 days of the project start date.
04.Cancellations
Retainer clients may cancel with 15 days' written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable, and work in progress will be delivered up to the effective cancellation date.
05.How to Request a Refund
Email your refund request to info@arenainfosolution.com with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
06.Chargebacks
We request that you contact us first to resolve any billing disputes. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services.
