01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing arenainfosolution.com or engaging Arena Infosolution for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specified in your service agreement.
02.Services
Arena Infosolution provides AI-powered digital marketing services including SEO, GEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, AI Marketing Automation, WhatsApp Marketing, and AI Growth Consulting. Deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
03.Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, brand assets and access required to deliver services.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all content provided is lawful and owned or licensed by you.
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule.
04.Payments
All fees are as specified in the proposal or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 7 days. Delayed payments may pause active projects and incur additional charges.
05.Intellectual Property
All final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Arena Infosolution retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a written NDA is in place.
06.Limitation of Liability
Arena Infosolution's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits or business opportunities.
07.Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days' written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to termination date.
08.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
